Returns and Exchanges at Habibi Nomad

At Habibi Nomad, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we make the return and exchange process simple and hassle-free. You can easily initiate a return or exchange by logging into your account and following the steps below.

How to Place a Return or Exchange

To start the process, follow these steps:

1. Log In to Your Habibi Nomad Account

  • Visit habibinomad.com.
  • Click on the “Login” icon at the top right of the page.
  • Enter your login credentials (email and password) to access your account.

2. Navigate to Your Orders

  • Once you’re logged in, go to your account dashboard.
  • Click on “Orders” to view your recent purchases.

3. Select the Order You Wish to Return or Exchange

  • Find the order you want to return or exchange from the list.
  • Click on the order to view its details.

4. Initiate the Return or Exchange

  • Click on the “Request Return” or “Start Exchange” button next to the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
  • Select the reason for the return or exchange from the dropdown menu.
  • For exchanges, choose the item and size you’d like to receive as a replacement.

5. Receive Your Return Label

  • Once you’ve completed the steps, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
  • Print the label and attach it securely to the package.

6. Ship Your Item

  • Drop off the package at the nearest carrier location as specified on the shipping label.
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process it and notify you via email. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped as soon as we receive your returned product.

7. Exclusion from Return Policy

  • On sale items of 50% off or higher discounts are non-returnable and considered final sale.
  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Additional Information

  • Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange and ship the item back to us within this window.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. If the return does not meet these criteria, the item will be discarded, and no refund will be processed.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: You can exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability.

Shipping Fee

In case of returns:

  • A flat rate of $12.99 for shipping the product back will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the item was shipped as part of a free shipping promotion, the original shipping cost to you will also be deducted.

For Guests Without an Account

If you placed your order as a guest and do not have an account:

  • Simply create one using the same email address you used to place the order.
  • Once your account is created, you’ll be able to access your order history and initiate returns or exchanges.
